Required specifications:

220KWc connected to public grid

Challenges / mission / action:

  • Fitting PV power station on to superstructure on South and East façades and roof
  • Development of a façade attachment system that meets project requirements
  • Large solar panels – up to 3.5m long – to comply with architect’s designs
  • 15 types of double glazed panels
  • Complex installation due to individual weight of panels: up to 140kg per panel

Resources harnessed by Solstyce:

  • 8 employees
  • Completed in 10 weeks to comply with project schedule
  • 1200m² of PV façade
